**Overview** **Responsibilities**: - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and adjustments. - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism. - Problem solve as issues arise on the fly. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience. **Experience**: - Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is required, along with MS Outlook. - Previous freight/transportation customer service experience is an asset but not required. - Proficiency in English is required. - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. - Past experience with the program "Broker Pro" is an asset but not required. - A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
