**About the Job**
Reporting directly to the Business Operations Manager. You will perform a variety of administrative, clerical and financial duties to assist in the effective and efficient operations of the department.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Coding and tracking of all invoices, purchase orders and work orders to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Collects, sorts and inputs data into reports and forms.
- Assists Operations personnel with contacting customers, contractors and suppliers as required.
- Performing administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and preparing documents and reports to assist in the efficient operation of the department.
- Provide back-up support for tracking WSI driver hours for payroll and invoicing.
- Provide back-up support for SLF contractor invoicing.
**Here’s What You Need**
- Minimum 2-year college program, or equivalent level of education, with additional courses in Office Administration and various software packages
- Greater than three months but less than or equal to six months administrative experience.
