**QA/QC ADMINISTRATOR**

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receive requests from Client/Supervision, create binders, input information into database, create electronic work folders, and attach the information from the Client/Supervision
- Deliver, monitor, and collect binders to and from the Client for approval including ITP reviews and final reviews, ensuring that transmittals are signed, scanned and filed electronically
- Input information into the database
- Input information from field inspectors such as but not limited to weld log, weld mapping, NDE requests
- Ensure correct Field Package information is extracted, scanned, and returned to the Planners for field execution
- Attach a copy to the electronic Work Order folder and enter information into the database
- Scan binders for final turnover and deliver to Client Document Control; enter information into the database
- Prepare the Weld Count Report
- Answer any queries from Planners, Engineers and Quality Inspectors regarding Work Order Packages process or status
- Tracking, updating and processing RFI’s. Taking requests and ensuring they are electronically attached to the Work Order and the information is entered into the RFI Log
- Receiving Torque Reports, scanning and entering information into a folder before they are approved by a QA/QC Inspector
- Receive NCR’s QSR’s CAR’s and enter into DCM’s tracking system, file the hard copy in the binder and update the weekly / monthly Quality Report
- Maintain a Weld count / Weld Repair Log
- Monthly reporting to the Canadian Welding Bureau of welding personnel numbers and qualifications
- Material requisitions for purchase of office stationery supplies
- Continuous updating of the equipment calibration log, hyperlinking to the scanned and electronically filed certificates
- Ensure transmittals accompany the equipment being calibrated and entered into the log
- Collaborate with the shop personnel to track hydrotest gauge inventory on a monthly basis
- Maintain Signature, NDE, and Welder Logs
- Supporting Welding Examiner for administration tasks, such as making welder qualification cards and updated welder log, as directed by Welding Examiner
- General housekeeping of the Work Order Packages and use of Client information systems to complete information on Work Order Packages
- Enter Quality Surveillance Reports (QSR) electronically into DCM’s tracking system, scan and upload the pdf copy of the QSR
- Checking status of binders that have been completed in the filed against the Client database and information systems. Auditing, and tracing old packages to ensure timely turnover
- Any process changes shall be updated in the “DCM Document Control Administrator Roles Description Manual

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related role
- Perform well with changing tasks to meet the demands and stresses of the project life cycle.
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Ability to produce quality work while reaching deadlines
- Processes an eye for detail along with strong organizational skills

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Day shift
- Travel is required
- Camp accommodations
- Ability to lift and carry objects independently or as a team
- Ability to meet and maintain site access requirements
