We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chefs for elevated cuisine to join our dynamic team.

**Job Overview**:
The Event Chef is responsible for arriving to on-site events and will play a role executing high-quality, meals for a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to weddings and private parties. You will be a part of the kitchen team, ensuring the execution of culinary aspects of the event, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Your expertise in culinary techniques, creativity, and attention to detail will ensure that every event delivers an exceptional dining experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with a team of chef (from 2 - 10+) in and executing event menus, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the event schedule.
- Executing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food for large-scale events, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes.
- Assist with resolving any issues that arise during event preparations or service, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Working with the Lead Event Chef to ensure kitchen operations is smooth and successful during food service
- Break down events after service, including organizing and packing kitchen equipment, cleaning the venue, and ensuring all items are accounted for and ready for future use.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a chef, with experience in working high-end events, or catering kitchens preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food Safe level 1
- Legal to work in Canada
- Vehicle or transportation is preferred but not required

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
