**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform custodial duties, including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining various facilities.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly.
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required for moving equipment or materials.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a clean working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in custodial services or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for various tasks.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential for performing maintenance duties.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- A commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is a plus but not mandatory.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $1,250.00 per month
