**Supervisor/ Crew lead position**

**About Foliage Outside Matters..**
- You will play a crucial role in the movement of the Crew, equipment and material throughout the day in order to service our client’s properties in a professional, safe, & efficient manner.
- You will role model the company vision of professionalism and represents our values for delivering a high standard of Lawn, Garden and Planting service that our company can be proud of.
- The season starts early April through to the Beginning of December.
- Monday to Friday schedule (no weekend work scheduled)
- Our work takes us to residential properties in the neighborhoods of the Beaches, Rosedale, North York, and downtown Toronto.
- We have great equipment: from our fleet of well-kept vehicles to some of the latest battery powered equipment.
- **The shop is TTC accessible near Yonge and Sheppard at Senlac and Sheppard in North York. We are a few minutes away from Yonge and #401.**

**Requirements & Qualifications**

Our Supervisor/Crew Leader takes great pride in providing exceptional service and shares our passion for creating and maintaining great gardens.

**You have**
- 3 years+ experience: a true professional in most aspects of Garden and Turf maintenance (Gardening standards & efficiencies, Blowing, Line Trimming, hedge trimming/shearing, edging, pruning, annual, perennial and tree planting, irrigation monitoring)
- A high gardening/Horticulture knowledge base that you are able to monitor standards & train your crew with
- Remarkable attention to details
- Knowledge of local health, safety laws and regulations
- You have professional skills and high expectations for self and crew in: Landscape Maintenance, Pruning, Hedge trimming( preferred), Plant Health Care, and Planting
- Ability to work up to 11-12-hour days during the high season, Monday through Friday
- Valid G class “Ontario” license, clean drivers abstract and experience driving in the city (preferred)

- An experienced Gardener who motivates and leads a small team (1-2) through the variables of the landscape season.

**Wage and Benefits**
- Competitive wages offered based on knowledge, experience and demonstrated skills ($26 base rate up to $32)
