**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead program planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and resources effectively.
- Supervise cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and drive project success.
- Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project for tracking progress.
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during project phases.
- Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee vendor management processes to ensure quality deliverables from external partners.
- Gather requirements through effective communication with other team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Analyze data for informed decision-making and report on program performance metrics.
- Facilitate presentations to Management and other team members on project status and outcomes.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in program management or related field with a strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Proficiency in tools such as Asana or such
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and supervising personnel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with other Team members and management
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, time management, quality management, and risk management.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on project goals.
- Experience in product development and product management is a plus. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $30.72-$34.62 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 52 per week
