**About the Company**:
Quattro Ventures is a progressive farm venture dedicated to growing a variety of high-quality crops. Our farm is managed by a strong leadership team committed to operational excellence. As select growers, we prioritize producing top-tier seed products.

**Responsibilities**:
The Class 1 Driver is responsible for supporting the farm by handling the movement of grain and seed using super B trucks. They will also be responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment involved in seed production, ensuring quality control and maintenance of seed purity throughout the handling process.

**Job Duties**:

- Transporting grain and seed using super B trucks
- Operating and maintaining tractors, augers, and other grain handling equipment
- Assisting in maintaining seed purity and quality during the handling process
- Operating and maintaining sprayer equipment

**Skillset Required**:

- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing ability
- Mechanical and repair experience
- Familiarity with GPS equipment
- Experience with pedigreed seed is an asset
- Class 1 driver's license

**Salary**: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
