**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**

Perform installation tasks for various projects, including but not limited to residential and commercial spaces.
- Prepare and level work areas by excavating, grading, and compacting soil and base materials
- Lay interlocking pavers, bricks, or stones according to specified patterns and designs
- Cut pavers to fit using power tools or hand tools as needed
- Install edge restraints and ensure proper drainage where applicable
- Operate machinery and tools such as compactors and saws
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Follow safety standards and company policies at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience with interlock or hardscape installation
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans or layout sketches
- Comfortable using hand tools and heavy equipment
- Strong work ethic and a high level of physical fitness
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
