Dance Instructor

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Educate students in various dance styles, including but not limited to ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience.
- Conduct classes in a safe and supportive environment while encouraging creativity and self-expression.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their technique and performance.
- Organize and participate in recitals, showcases, or competitions as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and any concerns.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in dance instruction is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for teaching is essential.
- Background in early childhood education or experience working with children is highly desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all ages.
- Experience in tutoring or mentoring can be beneficial for this role.
- A passion for dance and the ability to inspire others through movement.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
