**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Set up and operate flexographic printing presses according to specifications.
- Monitor print quality throughout production runs and make adjustments as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and quality checks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Set up and operate Flexo Folder Gluer machines according to job specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the equipment.
- Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met.
- Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience operating Flexo Folder Gluer machines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret job specifications and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
