Food and Beverage Assistant

We are seeking a full-time team member to join the team in Crossiron Mills Mall. Food court environment and **Decent tips**Comprehensive training is provided. Please note that this is a fast-paced environment, and you will constantly be on your feet. Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

- Keep records of the quantities of food used
- Package take-out food
- Portion and wrap foods
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas

Pay: $16.00 per hour

**Qualifications**
- Strong background in food service, including food preparation, serving, and cashiering
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting, demonstrating proficiency in basic math and sales
- Knowledge of POS systems, Micros POS, and time management for efficient service
