**Sales & Service Representative (**Pest Management Professional)**

Duties include:

- Making regular (soft) sales calls to existing customers on marketing campaigns
- Answering incoming phone calls in a busy office environment from new prospective customers inquiring about pest control services
- Provide support to field staff (Technicians), as required
- Perform general office and clerical tasks, as required
- A mature individual with a positive and professional attitude
- Excellent phone manner and people skills
- Ability and willingness to learn about the industry
- High School diploma or equivalent minimum, post-secondary education preferred (but not required)
- Prior Inside Sales and Service experience an asset
- Working with a small “tight knit” team who excel at providing exemplary customer service - We “WOW” our customers and have fun doing it, everyday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
