**The Opportunity**

Dillon Consulting is seeking a
**Proposal Content Specialist** to join our
**Business Development** and
**Sales** Office. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development and Sales, this position will be a key member of our
**Proposal Sales Team**. This is a new role and is being introduced as part of an exciting new approach to managing our proposal sales operations in Dillon

Working closely with our Proposal Specialists and Proposal Coordinators, this key role will be responsible for maintaining and updating our Proposal Content Reference Library, as well as creating new, high impact proposal sales content. In generating new library content, you would be collaborating closely with our Proposal Specialist/Coordinator team, Business Unit teams, as well as our Marketing/Graphics department.

This role will also serve as a point of contact for the organization in identifying and sourcing relevant and quality proposal sales content through our proposal management software system and its associated library content.

**Responsibilities**:
**What your day may look like**:

- Collaborating closely with our Proposal and Sales Teams, you would be responsible for maintaining and updating our Proposal Content Reference Library, with basic content provided from various Dillon departments and Subject Matter Experts
- Working closely with our Marketing Department, help format new branded library content, such as CVs, and project descriptions
- Maintaining the overall quality of the Proposal Content Reference Library, including keeping the library organized and replacing outdated information through collaboration with various Dillon departments and Subject Matter Experts
- Sourcing relevant content that is up to date from the Proposal Content Reference Library for Dillon Team members who are preparing proposals
- Reviewing new content as it is proposed for the Proposal Content Reference Library, to confirm it meets Dillon quality and branding requirements
- Engaging daily with our proposal management software system, as well as collaborating with our Proposal Specialists/Coordinators also operating within this system. (Note: Full training will be provided on our proposal management software system)

Qualifications:
**What you will need to succeed**
- Secondary education in Fine Arts, communication, marketing, business administration, proposal management or another related field
- Minimum three years’ experience working in a professional setting
- A knack for formatting, editing, layout and making written content sound like “one voice”

**Experience**:

- Proven marketing, sales and/or proposal experience. Experience working at a professional services consulting firm considered an asset.
- Highly task oriented, organized and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal, organization and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Coordinating/working with multi-disciplinary teams / Subject Matter Experts
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Marketing related written content generation considered an asset
- Strong capabilities using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Graphics experience considered an asset (i.e., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Visio etc.)
- Experience using proposal management software platforms considered an asset
