Summary of the Position

**Responsibilities**:
**Pricing & Policy**:

- Enforce and communicate the Glen Dimplex Americas Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policy to both internal stakeholders and external customers

**Market Intelligence & Analysis**:

- Conduct competitive analysis, including profiling competitor products and services
- Gather and analyze monthly market intelligence data and effectively share throughout the organization
- Identify and communicate potential business risks, opportunities, and new market expansion avenues to key stakeholders

**Product Training & Support**:

- Develop and deliver internal and external product training materials and sessions
- Support Category Managers with line review preparation, pricing, sample requests, NPD evaluations, competitive comparisons, and day-to-day administrative tasks

**Product Management & Development**:

- Support the evaluation of the North American product offering to ensure it meets evolving customer needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Engineering to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product content and specifications
- Identify and pursue new product marketing opportunities based on market trends and competitive analysis
- Oversee the Glen Dimplex Americas RP program including its accuracy, completeness, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Self starter who can effectively manage themselves in a fast-paced environment
- A clear and confident communicator who can navigate difficult conversations with stakeholders
- An effective time manager who can manage competing tasks and deliver on deadlines
- A problem solver who can find the root cause of issues and provide solutions quickly
- Business diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1-year relevant experience in business, marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
