We are seeking a full-time, permanent Executive Assistant to join our team at our head office in Guelph, ON

**What it’s all about**:
HearCANADA is looking for a dynamic Executive Administrator**.** This position will be responsible for supporting the CEO and the Executive team with all administrative activities.

**What you will do**:

- Managing the executive’s calendar up-to-date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments and providing daily briefings
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Preparing and managing of corporate communication presentations
- Maintains meeting minutes for Executive meetings and assists in next steps.
- Schedule travel for executive and management as required
- Co-ordinate planning of all company regional/annual meetings and organizing events that take place externally, such as fundraisers, sporting tournaments, and appreciation events
- Conducting research and creating reports on various topics based on the needs of the executive
- Keeping important information and documents organized physically, and electronically
- Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Other related duties as assigned

**What we are looking for**:

- Degree in Business Administration or a combination of education/experience
- Highly proficient in corporate communications and presentation preparation
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
- Strong ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data with attention to detail and accuracy in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal as well as written communication skills Excellent written & oral communication skills; ability to communicate appropriately with a variety of stakeholders (peers, management, suppliers, customers, etc.).
