Men’s Barber

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and professional **Men’s Barber** to join our team at **The Gold Barber Shop**. This role involves delivering high-quality men’s haircuts, clean fades, and professional beard services while providing excellent customer service in a busy and welcoming barber shop environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality men’s haircuts, including modern and classic styles
- Perform professional **fade, cut, and beard** services
- Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and grooming needs
- Maintain high sanitation and hygiene standards by cleaning tools, chairs, and workstations
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive client experience
- Manage time efficiently to handle walk-ins and appointments
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a professional and welcoming environment

**Experience & Qualifications**
- **Minimum 4 years of professional barbering experience**:

- Strong skills in fades, beard trimming, and men’s grooming
- Ability to **communicate clearly in English**:

- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in a barber shop environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Barber license is an asset but not required

Pay: $15.70-$35.00 per hour
