Lot Attendant/oil Change Technician

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant/Oil change technician to join our team. This position will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop interior and exterior, ensuring a positive experience for customers as they arrive and depart. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain cleanliness of the lot by picking up debris sweeping the concrete.
- Ensure vehicles are parked in an organized manner to maximize space and accessibility.
- Wash vehicles for customers that are in for repairs and maintenance
- Perform basic maintenance on vehicles as required
- Perform routine inspections of the shop to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the lot.
**Skills**
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have a valid drivers license
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
