**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide clear, timely, and professional radio communication to frontline guards.
- Monitor ongoing site activities and respond to incidents as they arise.
- Document shift reports, incident logs, and communications accurately.
- Support security team members with information, coordination, and direction.
- Escalate concerns and critical incidents to the Security Team Lead.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Alberta Security License (required).
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification (required).
- Prior experience in a dispatcher, call-taker, or communications support role (preferred).
- Security industry experience (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Calm, composed, and reliable under pressure.
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Pay**: Starting from $18.50 per hour.

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shifts
- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Night shifts
- Monday
- Friday
- Weekends
- On-calls

**Additional Information**:

- Uniform provided
- Boot allowance available

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Olds, AB T4H 1R6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- security working: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
