Marketing Associate

**Core responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to**:

- Assist with planning and executing digital marketing initiatives including newsletters (internal and external), social media, website and content marketing
- Manage & monitor social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn & You Tube Including planning and posting content, writing copy, creating images & videos, engaging with followers, maximizing reach and growing audience
- Assist with website management on Hubspot and WordPress
- Create and maintain content calendars for company blogs, social media & marketing campaigns
- Assist with the coordination and tracking of all internal marketing programs
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as required, supporting the company’s strategic goals

**Qualifications**:

- College diploma or equivalent work experience
- Educational background in Communications, Marketing or Journalism preferred
- Excellent writing, copywriting and editing skills
- Exceptional oral and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong technical skills with advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn & YouTube)
- Experience with WordPress & Hubspot is an asset
- Experience with Canva is an asset
- Must possess superior organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Strong sense of urgency and meeting deadlines, ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Creative thinker with attention to detail

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Flexible hours may be required for special events and projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
