Clinical Research Coordinator

Bertucci MedSpa, under the direction of Dr. Vince Bertucci, a global leader in cosmetic dermatology, is looking for a **Clinical Research Coordinator.**

Working under the direction of and reporting to Dr. Vince Bertucci, the Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing study procedures for assigned research projects in the area of Dermatology. The studies include but are not limited to industry-sponsored clinical trials (Phase I-IV) with a variety of innovative drugs and/or devices.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Screening/recruitment of patients
- Obtain informed consent
- Administer study procedures and questionnaires at study-specific time points
- Create and maintain accurate clinical study documents
- Collect and process bio-specimens
- Review assigned protocols and other protocol documentation [Informed Consent Form (ICF), Investigator Brochure (IB), etc.] for accuracy, feasibility, timing, and resources
- Confirm that all required regulatory and contractual documentation is complete prior to study start
- Prepare, review, and/or finalize clinic source documents, time and events tables, and other required study materials
- Collaborate with the responsible individuals, to establish and/or maintain safety assessment requirements, Quality Control (QC) and monitor plans, pharmacy/dispensing requirements, study supplies/equipment, meal plans, and other elements as applicable to the study
- Lead and/or be accountable for the overall coordination of all required start-up activities for all clinical trial(s)
- Lead clinic logistics planning, schedule of clinic activities and team training as required for the clinical trial(s)
- Review Case Report Forms (CRFs), laboratory workbooks, staff requirements, and schedules
- Data capture, electronic data entry, electronic medical record maintenance
- Venipuncture
- ECG
- Negotiate clinical trial budgets and contracts
- Other duties relevant to the position shall be assigned as required

**Position Requirements**:

- Minimum one (1) full year of clinical or related professional experience (Dermatology experience is an asset)
- Experience with industry-sponsored medical clinic trials
- Current and valid Division 5, and GCP certificates
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to use electronic medical records to schedule patients and manage patient data
- Phlebotomy and ECG skills preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
