**Role Overview**:
As a BAS Technician at Certified Building Systems, you will be responsible for installing, programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining building automation systems to ensure energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and system reliability. You will work closely with HVAC technicians, electricians, service coordinators, and building operators to integrate BAS with mechanical and electrical systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and configure BAS controllers, sensors, and networking devices.
- Develop and fine-tune control sequences to improve system efficiency.
- Ensure BAS seamlessly connects with HVAC, lighting, security, and fire safety systems.
- Diagnose issues, adjust settings, and repair faulty automation components.
- Analyze system data to optimize energy usage and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct system checks, updates, and inspections to prevent failures.
- Maintain service records, programming updates, and site visit logs.
- Educate building operators and staff on BAS functionality and best practices.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience with BAS platforms (**Reliable Controls preferred**).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for control systems and networking.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver’s license required.

We offer a competitive salary package based on work experience.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
