Blue Mountain Kitchens is looking for a full-time, permanent kitchen/bath installer. We are a high-volume company that values going above and beyond and providing exceptional experiences for our clients and our valued team. We are a company that is growing and are looking for team members who can grow with us.
- Install our ready to assemble line of cabinetry
- UGO, as well as our custom lines; Columbia and Lectus.
- Measure, cut and install fillers & moldings, toe kick
- Inspect cabinetry for dents, scratches and deficiencies and bring them to the attention of our Project Manager
- Perform service-related tasks such as touch-ups, missing items and warranty issues
- Perform job completion adjustments to doors and drawers, pull-out shelves, Inserts, etc. while ensuring consistent alignment and smooth operation
- Assemble our Ready to Assemble boxes
- Drill doors and drawer faces to UGO standards
- Maintain on site job safety and cleanliness
- Coordinate schedules and update Project Manager on job status
- Material pick-ups if required

Additional Requirements:

- Must be comfortable and able to lift, move, and load cabinetry off and on site.
- Read and understand plans
- Punctual and reliable, time management skills, the ability to follow instructions and work well with others
- Ability to perform in a high-volume environment
- High-level of craftsmanship and professionalism
- Dedication to service excellence and enhancing the customer’s experience
- Proven experience in kitchen cabinet installation, finishing carpentry, and/or construction
- Commitment to ensuring each project meets job completion metrics and overall customer satisfaction targets
- Minimum 2 years installation experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Excellent Communication skills
