**What you’ll do**
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to maintain a safe cooking environment.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes to support the culinary team.
- Help with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to enhance the guest experience.
- Participate in banquet setups and breakdowns, ensuring that all catering needs are met efficiently.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to guarantee the safety and quality of all food served.
- Support cooking staff by providing timely assistance during peak service hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.

**Basic qualifications**
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus
- Familiarity with food service operations, including catering and banquet experience.
- Basic culinary knowledge or experience in food preparation is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and organization.
