Energy Advisor

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct energy assessments for energy-intensive facilities and business operations to evaluate energy usage and identify energy savings opportunities.
- Provide clients with tailored recommendations on energy-efficient products and services.
- Secure appointment, make sale / close deals with prospective business clients
- Educate customers about available energy programs, rebates, and incentives.
- Collaborate with utility companies and other stakeholders to promote energy-saving initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, assessments, and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to energy efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.

**Qualifications**
- College / University Degree in Electrical Engineering, sustainability and environment, Electrical Electronics engineering. Licensed Electrician will be can apply.
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency practices and measures.
- Excellent communication skills, both French and English, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A background in environmental science, electrical engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel to client sites.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $48,812.61-$60,718.93 per year
