Responsibilities:
Drive crew/transport equipment from yard to jobsite and return every day

Manage crew/perform tasks to suit the job setting of the particular day

Operate machinery in an effective manner to dig, grade, spread, transport material. Skid steer, excavator, loader, backhoe, dozer experience would be great asset.

Lead crew with a positive approach to encourage high quality work

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a leadership role in the landscaping industry
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of mechanics is a plus

Job opening is ongoing and have start dates as early as tomorrow or as late as next year. Lets talk about what a future with us could look like

Pay: $32.50-$45.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Caledon, ON (L7E, Simcoe District): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
