We are currently looking for a **dedicated, self-motivated Household Assistant** who takes pride in supporting families. If you’re someone who thrives on routine, loves helping others, and wants to grow with a meaningful company, we’d love to hear from you.

**Position Details**:

- **Schedule**: Start with 8 hours per week, with potential to grow to 36+ hours/week
- **Hours**: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (shifts of 4 to 8 hours)
- **Service Area**: Calgary (current focus in Mahogany & Auburn Bay; preference for those willing to travel further as needed)
- **Compensation**: $20.00/hour + mileage reimbursement (where applicable) + paid travel time + paid break for 6+ hour days

**Key Requirements - Must Have All of the Following**:

- Valid **driver’s license** and **reliable vehicle**:

- Able to pass a **vulnerable sector and police background check**:

- Currently **residing in Calgary**:

- Available a **minimum of 12 hours/week** during our business hours
- Strong interest in increasing hours over time

**Helpful Experience**:
While no formal experience is required, we welcome backgrounds in roles such as nannying, parenting, cleaning, personal assisting, or other caregiving positions.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Meal planning, preparation, cooking and baking
- Laundry - washing, basic stain care, folding, ironing
- Tidying and light organizing
- Running errands (groceries, post office, etc.)
- Light childcare and supervision
- General household support
- Hardworking, dependable, and adaptable
- Comfortable working independently in client homes
- Naturally organized and efficient
- Friendly, caring, and takes initiative
- Creative and comfortable working around children or busy households
