We are seeking an experienced and installer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position for an individual who is motivated, dependable, and committed to high-quality workmanship. We only work with James Hardie and LP Smart board products. We do not work with vinyl siding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install Hardie board, LP Smart Side, aluminum soffit + fascia, smart trim batons and tung and groove soffit with precision and care.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet our high standards of quality.
- Operate and maintain hand tools effectively.
- Communicate and collaborate with team members and clients in a professional manner.
- Work onsite as part of a 3-5 man crew completing new construction and renovations projects in and around the Calgary area.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Hardie board, LP Smart Side, and aluminum soffit and fascia.
- Own reliable transportation.
- Own a set of necessary hand tools. (Tape, pouch, hammer tacker, speed square, drill)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
