Experienced Cribber

**Overview**:

**Qualifications**:

- **Work Ethic**: Highly motivated, driven, hardworking, and committed to delivering quality workmanship. Maintain punctual attendance and reliability.
- **Availability**: Able to work weekdays and weekends if needed.
- **Transportation**: Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation.

**Experience;**
- Duraforms: 1-3 years
- Concrete forming: 1-3 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials such as wood, lightweight steel, and concrete for structural and architectural components.
- Establish and dismantle temporary formwork structures with precision and efficiency.
- Inspect cribbing setups for stability and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize cribbing processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Document cribbing activities and report any issues or concerns to management promptly.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week
