**Position Overview**:
As the Subprime Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our subprime financing operations. This role requires a deep understanding of credit risk management and the ability to develop strategies that align with our business goals, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage relationships with subprime lenders and negotiate financing terms.
- Assess the credit risk and set appropriate terms to minimize risk and maximize profitability.
- Train and lead a team dedicated to providing excellent customer service to individuals with poor credit histories.
- Stay updated on changes in the financial and credit industries that may affect subprime lending.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Subprime Manager or similar role in automotive financing.
- Strong understanding of lending regulations, compliance, and the subprime market.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead and train a team effectively.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Pay: $50,314.86-$136,467.79 per year
