**About the Role**:
Sunspace Belleville is expanding and looking for a **motivated, people-focused Sales Consultant** to join our dynamic team This is an exciting **work-from-home** opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering exceptional service in the home improvement industry. If you’re a driven self-starter with a strong desire to succeed, this role offers **uncapped earnings** and the flexibility to work independently.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Conduct outbound calls to connect with prospective customers.
- Perform **in-home residential sales presentations** and close deals confidently.
- Travel within **Belleville, surrounding areas, and occasionally to Clarington/Newcastle**.
- Represent Sunspace Belleville at home shows and promotional events.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and provide top-tier service.
- Use technology (CRM, tablets, digital tools) to manage sales and client communications.
- Contribute to the sales team's success with ideas and feedback for performance improvement.

**What You Bring**:

- 3-5 years of experience in **sales**, **preferably in home renovation, construction, or improvement**.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, and goal-driven attitude.
- Reliable vehicle and valid **G driver’s license**.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and occasional visits to our plant in **Clarington, ON**.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to building a reputable brand image.

**What We Offer**:

- **Commission-based pay** with **no income cap**:

- **Minimum earning potential of $50,000/year**:

- Realistic potential to earn **$100,000+** based on performance
- Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time)
