Join our team as a Jack of all Trades

We have a position for you in Commercial renovations and new builds.

Everyday you will be doing something different. You could be demolishing, drywalling, flooring, painting, concrete forming, framing, clean up or landscaping on any given day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings
- Assist with design, planning, layout, and installation
- Measure, cut, frame - Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required
- Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment
- Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects
- Able to understand the finished project vision and work quickly and efficiently
- Forward-thinking and possess a high level of organizational skill to help you, clients and the company
- Able to work independently, with sub-contractors and team members
- Aptitude for problem-solving, quick learning and initiative
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Must have vehicle and basic tools
- Out of town work - living out allowance provided

**Skills**:

- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and shape materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and teamwork abilities

As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in constructing and repairing various structures. Your skills in fabricating, blueprint reading, electrical work, assembling, and building will be essential in completing projects efficiently and to the highest standards. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
