**Description**

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Worker-Delivery is organized, team oriented and safety focused. While maintaining the integrity of the product, the Warehouse Worker-Driver is responsible for loading and unloading of Ply Gem & Mitten product by hand or with the use of material handling equipment in the warehouse or at customer locations as required.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. **Unload and load product into warehouse in a safe and efficient manner

**2.** Identify, count, sort, pick, package, unpackage, stock and move product in warehouse

**3.** Load product for customer deliveries in a safe, efficient and timely manner

**5.** Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain required logs

**6. **Complete and maintain required customer delivery paperwork

**7.** Operate delivery vehicle in a safe manner and comply with company and motor vehicle traffic requirements; communicate vehicle problems to Supervisor

**8.** Comply with all material handing company policies and procedures

**9.** Contribute to a safe, orderly and efficiently operating warehouse

**10.** Operate forklift and other material handling equipment as required

**11. **Perform inventory cycle counts as required

**12. **Communicate effectively with internal and external customer regarding product deliveries

**13. **Perform general housekeeping duties including maintaining a clean work area

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s abstract.
- 1 year warehouse / truck driving experience strongly preferred.
- Repetitive heavy lifting required.
- Ability to work under variable weather conditions.
- Extensive standing, frequent bending, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting, and walking.
- Use of small hand tools, pallet jack, forklift, and operation of a 5 ton delivery truck.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Delivery driver: 1 year (preferred)
- Warehouse: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)
