**About the position**:
Led by the Senior Manager of Talent Attraction, you will join a collaborative and diverse team of 8-10 Recruitment Specialists and Coordinators responsible for leading the recruitment initiatives across several departments and/or programs.

Further, you will have the full support of your leader and teammates to enhance your skills, experiment, and further your career through our customizable Learning & Development programs across various domains (HR, Sourcing, Recruitment, Analytics, etc.) and relevant certifications.

**What you will do**:
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will perform full cycle recruiting while building great relationships with your hiring managers and business partners. You will also work with other recruiters, coordinators, and global mobility experts to communicate and collaborate throughout the recruitment process.

More specifically, you will:

- Guide and coach hiring managers on job posters, evaluation techniques, and best practices throughout the recruitment process.
- Advise leaders and teammates on sourcing strategies, legislative requirements (i.e., diversity and inclusion, privacy, and compliance) and recruitment policies/standards
- Capture and analyze information to assess existing recruitment policies, programs, or services to find opportunities for improvement, process streamlining and better service delivery.
- Lead or participate in other HR projects and may be required to participate in cross-functional or Bank-wide projects to provide advice related to your personal field of expertise.
- Collaborate with various members of the HR team, including the HR Centre, Payroll, Benefits Administration and HR Business Partners.

**What you need to succeed**

You have a fantastic attention to detail with the ability to plan, organize, and adapt as priorities shift and change. You also have the ability track, advance and report on multiple files and recruitment initiatives with varying deadlines. Further, you have excellent communication skills and building rapport with diverse partners at different levels and functions.

In addition, you have:

- Proven experience in recruitment including sourcing, developing outreach strategies, and building relationships with internal and external partners.
- Knowledge of applicable laws, policies and practices related to recruitment

**Nice-to-have**
- Experience with agency or in-house recruitment for a major, large-sized organization
- Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) or Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Module or a similar ATS

- Language requirement: English and French essential (bilingual) with a minimum starting level of functional (level 4) in second official language. Training may be provided to help reach the required level of fully functional (level 5) in second official language.

**Remote work / Hybrid Work Model **#LI-Remote**

The Bank is conducting a trial of a hybrid working model which provides employees with the flexibility to telework for significant portions of each month.
