Come try Trican and enjoy our industry leading compensation package, exceptional mental health supports, 100% employer paid benefits and RRSP matching programs from day one, employee bonus programs, company paid development and much more **COILED TUBING COORDINATOR - RED DEER (RDC) or GRANDE PRAIRIE (GPC)** The Coiled Tubing Coordinator is responsible for the planning and orchestrating of a successful job, leading their crew, and maintaining close contact with the client from start to finish, ensuring Trican’s continued success as a Coiled Tubing provider. Note there is only one position available in either Red Deer or Grande Prairie. **Responsibilities**: - Ensure that Trican's core value, "Safe equipment and operations" is the priority in all activities - Remain on-call to be immediately available for designated shifts at all times - Ensure customer needs are addressed in a timely manner, job procedures are followed, in addition to appropriate availability of product, equipment, and personnel - Establish and maintain effective communication with all bases to ensure resources of the company are utilized and shared on a company-wide basis - Organize and schedule personnel while ensuring resources are available and utilized adequately - Schedule vacation and other requested time off for employees - Complete and submit all appropriate paperwork - Monitor maintenance for mobile equipment while ensuring all required repairs are completed in a timely and precise manner - Report operational deficiencies, accidents, and recognized hazards to management - Suggest improvement in working conditions, employee safety, policy, procedures, and operational practices Experience & Skills: - Valid Class 1 Driver's licence is required - Minimum 4 years Coiled Tubing experience required - High school diploma is an asset - Strong leadership and managerial skills - Strong computer skills - Ability to multi-task - Ability to succeed in a high pace, intensive work atmosphere - Effective interpersonal and customer service skills - Safe driving skills; driver’s abstract will be requested - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Skilled in problem-solving techniques What Makes Us Attractive: - Values-driven organization - Employee’s choice for full coverage or flexible benefits plan - RRSP Matching Program - $2,000 annual mental health coverage - Employee Referral Bonus Program - Access to the Employee and Family Assistance Program - Fuel discount programs - Community involvement through sponsorship of local events - Inclusive Social Club offering a variety of activities - Demonstrated commitment to an equitable and inclusive workforce driven by our Diversity & Inclusion Philosophy and our Indigenous Peoples Policy - Focus on safety, training and development - Career advancement opportunities Working Conditions: - 10 days on/4 days off - On call 24-hours during shift - Must live near base of employment - Pre-employment medical testing required - Working in all weather conditions - Some travel will be required How To Apply:
