**Job Summary**: The Load Out Coordinator (Night Shift) will oversee and manage the safe, efficient, and timely loading of precast segments and materials for delivery to the RDLC Project sites. This role ensures all load-out activities align with project schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor night-shift load-out operations for precast segments.
- Liaise with yard supervisors, transport teams, and project managers to align deliveries with project needs.
- Verify load-out documentation, including load tickets, manifests, and quality checklists.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, site procedures, and equipment operation standards.
- Maintain clear communication with the logistics and transportation teams to resolve scheduling or delivery issues.
- Supervise yard staff and operators during load-out activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Report on shift progress, incidents, and operational concerns to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for load-out processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in load-out coordination, logistics, or precast yard operations (rail or infrastructure project experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and load securement requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
- Proficiency in using documentation systems and basic computer skills (MS Office, scheduling tools).
- Supervisory or team leadership experience is an asset.
- Fast paced and high pressure

**Work Conditions**:

- Night shift role with work primarily conducted in an outdoor yard environment.
- Requires the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- PPE must be worn at all times as per site safety requirements.

Pay: $110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
