Project Coordinator

Adi Development Group is looking for a Project Coordinator to work on our landmark developments in Burlington and Toronto, with a focus on structural forming. These projects present exciting and challenging experience to get under your belt.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Supporting our Project Manager in the forming of our projects to ensure QA standards are met and delivered on time
- Negotiating with vendors and suppliers
- Maintaining and monitoring the budgets
- Creating, monitoring and updating project schedules, look ahead schedules, updating weekly progress plans and preparing monthly Project Reports
- Tracking/logging daily site activities
- Reviewing and negotiating changes to scope of work
- Ensuring that the health and safety project plans are implemented
- Ensure that site staff are performing as required
- Participate in construction coordination meetings
- Shop drawing review and coordination
- Document control and coordination
- Maintaining all lines of project communications
- Ensuring the site office and construction documents are organized and maintained
- Attend, run and minute construction and coordination meetings

**What You Bring**:

- 3+ years experience with concrete forming in a structural or civil engineering capacity
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering preferred
- Knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling and cost control procedures, general contract, general conditions, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings (with a focus on structural, Architectural concrete and Rebar prints a necessity), specifications, scopes of work and project schedule

**Nice to Have**:

- PMP designation preferred
- Gold Seal Certified
- Experience or knowledge of Lean methodology
