Job Functions
- Safely offload material at the end of various machines in the department
- Document required data and information
- Ensure all product-related issues are communicated to Machine Operator and/or Production Coordinator
- Follow shop floor controls
- Perform required quality inspections, including the ability to identify regular colours of products
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Able to take the initiative to solve problems where appropriate
- Must be willing to cross-train in various areas of the department as required
- Follow all Knoll safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Participate and maintain 5S in the workplace
- Maintain and follow the ISO standard operating procedures
- Ability to work in a multi-shift environment, including flexible hours and weekends
- Participate in and contribute to the continuous improvement process

Education Requirement
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate in English (both oral and written)

Experience requirement
- One (1) year of experience within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to use a tape measure
