**Job Summary**:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to enhance our team in the role of **Screen-Printing Machine Operator**.

**Applicants must be based locally and able to commute to the Oakville/Mississauga border.**

**Hours**:

- ** 1st Shift**:7:00am - 3:00pm
- ** 2nd** **Shift**: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Set-Up Screen-Printing Machine to print single and multi colour designs
- Monitor print quality throughout run to ensure consistency and quality control
- Responsible for checking all special instructions on digital proof, prior to printing
- Ability to control machine specifics including speed, squeegee pressure and artwork modifications
- Inspect garments to ensure colour and alignment are as per digital proof and correct issues immediately
- Able to follow instructions and production schedules as well as adhere to all standard operating procedures and meet the expected production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1+ years in screen printing experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on your feet for a full 8- 10 hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Ability to work without supervision
- Respectful of health and safety policies and procedures
- Positive attitude, motivated, and professional
- English communication skills (verbal) are required
