**Inside Sales Representative - High Volume Sales**

ProConnect is the Inside Sales Centre for Renewal by Andersen. We’re the start of the customer journey connecting with homeowners, creating urgency, handling objections, and booking qualified appointments for our in-home Design Consultants. This role is built for people who like clear targets, strong coaching, and getting paid more when they perform more.

**The role read this carefully**

Your job is simple to describe and challenging to master booking quality appointments through a mix of inbound and outbound calls.

You will:

- Make 80+ calls per day
- Consistently book 8 to 10 appointments per day
- Follow a proven script, build real rapport, and overcome objections
- Qualify homeowner needs and ensure appointments are accurate and high quality
- Work in a fast paced, high accountability sales environment where results are tracked and rewarded

This is a sales role. You will be measured on activity, appointment quality, and performance.

**Who succeeds here**

This role is for you if you:

- Have 2+ years in a fast paced sales environment phone or in person
- Enjoy high volume outreach and staying busy throughout the day
- Are comfortable being measured against daily and weekly targets
- Can handle objections without getting rattled
- Are confident discussing home renovations construction or renovation experience is an asset
- Want a role where bonus pay increases with consistent performance

This role is not a fit if you’re looking for:

- Low call volume
- A reactive answer the phone customer service role
- Fixed pay without performance expectations

**Pay and perks**

**Working conditions non negotiables**

To succeed in this role, you must have:

- A quiet, distraction free workspace suitable for back to back sales calls
- A hardwired internet connection Ethernet directly into the company provided laptop Wi-Fi only is not acceptable

**Schedule read this carefully**

Call center hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm PST.
You will work one of these set schedules:

- Tuesday to Saturday
- Sunday to Thursday

Shifts are 8.5 hours and include a mix of opening and closing shifts within the 9:00am to 6:00pm window.
