**Our expectations**
Reporting to the Coach, DDC, the Driver Helper accompanies Truck Drivers for deliveries of products that require handling.

**Your role**
- Transport goods from the site truck designated by the customers, respecting standards and service objectives
- Handle products when required
- Provide customer service according to SMART principles and call customers ahead of delivery
- Verify loads prior to delivery (pump truck use, tailgate use)
- Assist the truck driver in the administration of receipts and payments
- Guide the driver when they are reversing
- Help prepare orders and fill trucks
- Provide and participate in department maintenance
- Work in accordance with company policies and procedures on health and safety and loss prevention
- Perform any other related task as indicated by the management team

**The qualifications we are looking for**
- Secondary V diploma (an asset)
- Class 5E driver’s licence (an asset)
- Ability to perform continuous physical work, including lifting loads up to 23 kilograms (50 pounds)
- Work outdoors 50 to 80% of the time
- Ability to work in constant movement in the truck to accompany the trucker
