**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Order the required materials from internal departments in order to complete each job.
- Complete orders and assignments in a timely manner with high accuracy.
- Meet and exceed company and customer quality standards.
- Perform job checks of the final product for other Laminator Operators.
- Set up required machine maintenance and perform routine preventative maintenance as per the process control sheets.
- Completion of end of shift cleaning and organization of lamination station including, but not limited to, solvents, changing the garbage, and general tidying of the work station.
- Locate the process control sheet and use the settings as a starting point for the job.
- Read dockets to verify specifications for the job.
- Check the treat and load rolls with the correct orientation.
- Set up glue stoppers as per the requirements for each job.
- Pull up the job and check the glue weights.
- Have a designated individual perform a job check.
- Other duties as assigned by the Printing Supervisor and/or Printing and Lamination Manager.
**Requirements**:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task extensively.
