Working within our **Partner Support** **team, this is a business-to-business role to help assist LendCare partners with any questions. The successful individual would have a customer service and an office admin background and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. Organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. **Responsibilities**: - Work as part of our team to provide exemplary customer service and ensure that our Partners are always receiving the type of service quality they expect. - Create and maintain electronic records and files - Ask great questions to identify the Partners needs and efficiently resolve inquiries. - Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end. - Provide world-class customer service during every customer interaction. - Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services. - Assist with training and development initiatives for new employees - Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and procedures **Requirements**: - At least a 1 year of experience working customer service, sales, or admin roles - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Experience in high paced work environment. - Experience in working with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office - Ability to speak French would be an asset but not required - Availability to work fulltime, permanent in our office in Pickering, ON - Must have been in your current role for at least 6 months - Have the endorsement/support of your current manager - In good standing - no HR issues/warnings, not on a PIP **Schedule: Shifts vary from 9:00am-9:00pm Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays.** **About Us**: We are a publicly-traded company on the TSX with over 4000% shareholder return since 2001.
