**Overview**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Professional service and installation of CNC Router Machines.
- Trains customers on CNC Router Machines.
- Resolves product and service-related concerns.
- Provides customer telephone and online support.
- Conducts on-site service calls.
- Provides guidance and support to customers.
- Works with engineers on product development and system upgrades.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Education Required**:

- Degree or Diploma related to Electrical/Electronic Controls, or related field required.
- Experience with CNC machinery.
- Experience with CAD-based design software and computer science programs.
- Valid license and passport and the ability to travel without restriction required.
- Willing to travel up to 60% of work time.
- Experience in a technical role, preferably troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience delivering vital customer service.
- Experience using a multimeter (or another voltage meter).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to make independent decisions and handle difficult workplace situations calmly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-starter.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
