We are seeking driven and elite Territory Sales Managers to join our expanding team. This is a pure sales role with elite income potential - our top performers earn $250K+ per year covering 6-10 leads per week. As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be representing high-quality, in-demand home improvement services that meet the needs of our clients. **Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in new and existing markets.
- Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Educate customers on our services with detailed and accurate information.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying, developing, and securing business opportunities.
- Perform market research to understand competitors and market trends.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports to senior management.
- Participate in sales team meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and success.
- Deliver high-quality sales presentations to potential customers, translating the value of our services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
**Qualifications**:
- Must have own vehicle, cell phone, and computer/tablet.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is beneficial.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and selling skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and committed to achieving sales goals.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade exhibitions, etc.
- Minimum 6 years in a high-performance / commission-based B2B or B2C sales position.
**Compensation**:
This position is 100% commission structure with extremely high earning potential. **Pay**: $120,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Pay: $125,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
