**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full-Time Medical Aesthetician to join our dedicated team. As a Medical Aesthetician, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments and therapies to our diverse clientele. Your role will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their desired aesthetic goals and maintain healthy, beautiful skin.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and consultations to understand clients' specific needs and concerns.
- Perform a range of skincare treatments, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapies, and other advanced aesthetic procedures.
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and provide clients with customized skincare routines tailored to their individual requirements.
- Educate clients on skincare techniques and best practices to promote healthy skin.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and post-treatment care instructions.
- Ensure adherence to strict hygiene and safety standards throughout all procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in medical aesthetics to provide cutting-edge and innovative services to clients.

Qualifications:

- Must possess a valid aesthetician license or certification in Canada
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Aesthetician, preferably in a clinical setting.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare treatments, cosmetic products, and facial anatomy.
- Proven expertise in performing various skincare procedures, such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapies, and other advanced treatments.
- Outstanding consultation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
- Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and effective treatment plans.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.
