**Location**: Midwest Trailer Shop - 6970 Kenderry Gate, Mississauga, ON

**Shifts Available**:

- **Day Shift**: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- **Afternoon Shift**: 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM (_includes afternoon premium pay_)

What We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring a **310J Licensed Mechanic** with a solid foundation in trailer repair and a drive to get the job done right the first time. You’re a self-starter, problem-solver, and team player who takes pride in quality workmanship.

**Must-Have Experience**:

- 2+ years as a **310J Trailer Mechanic.**:

- Proficient in pneumatic, electrical, and welding repairs.
- Skilled in bodywork and general trailer maintenance.
- Experience using **Drive On** software.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
