A Logistics Sales Representative's primary function is to sell customer freight solutions.

Ensuring a high volume of customer.

Sales Representative is
- Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients.
- Prospect for leads and perform heavy cold calling
- Supervise accounts daily to retain existing relationships
- Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers and carriers
- Responsible for creating sales goals to aid in achieving targets
- Uphold rapport with clients and prospects
- Nurture new sales leads to secure business
- Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients
- Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Build relationship and sell to clients through phone or one-on-one.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2+ years logistics sales experience.
- Knowledge of targets and performance metrics - GP and Rev per month/Load count handled
- Transportation brokerage/sales experience, marketing multipart logístical solutions.
- Possess a strong track record for delivering successful sales experience in personal selling, telephone sales, and customer service.
- Knowledge of Tradeshow, LTL, FTL and Air Freight, as well as other supply chain management solutions.
- Sociable personality with know how at developing relationships.
- Applicants for a logistics sales role must be analytical and a problem solver with adequate skillset to handle stressful situations while putting the needs of the customer first.
- Time management and multitasking skills is a must.

Exigences:

- Minimum 2+ ans d'expérience en vente logistique.
- Connaissance des objectifs et des mesures de performance - GP et Rev par mois/nombre de charges traitées
- Expérience en courtage/vente de transport, commercialisation de solutions logistiques multipartites.
- Posséder une solide feuille de route pour offrir une expérience de vente réussie dans la vente personnelle, les ventes par téléphone et le service à la clientèle.
- Connaissance de LTL, FTL et Air Freight, ainsi que d'autres solutions de gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Personnalité sociable avec savoir-faire pour développer des relations.
- Des compétences en gestion du temps et en multitâche sont indispensables.
