Caressant Care is looking for a passionate ADOC (Associate Director of Care)/IPAC lead (Infection Protection and Control)to join our team of care providers.

**What you bring**
- Current Ontario Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse Certificate of Competence.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in geriatrics and Infection Prevention and Control in a health care setting.
- A certificate in Infection Control and Epidemiology (CIC) is required
- Working knowledge of the Compliance Management Program and Quality Improvement tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership and administrative ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written and computer skills)
- Teaching ability
- Proof of complete vaccination is mandatory
The salary is commensurate with experience, and the terms and conditions of employment are as per the Collective Agreement. The position is to begin in November of 2025, for a one-year period.
