**Responsabilités**:
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Serve our customers courteously by attending to them promptly upon arrival.
- Make estimates for simple projects such as: garage, shed, terrace, etc. using a software
- Advise customers on the choice of materials to use.
- Make special orders and follow up with suppliers and customers.
- Present and demonstrate the positive characteristics of products and suggest complementary products.
- Proceed with the routing of the order for delivery according to the customers' requests
- Be informed of promotions and flyers

- As soon as you start your job, we will train you. You will be paired with an experienced materials consultant.
- You'll develop your expertise through our many training courses offered by our suppliers.
- You will work standing behind the service counter, but you will be required to move around the store to meet customer needs.

**Exigences**:
This job is for you if:

- You are customer service oriented
- You are an excellent communicator
- You must be bilingual, French and English
- You are able to work effectively in a team environment
- You are comfortable working in a computer environment
- You have a good knowledge of construction materials
